What you will study

UTS Online’s Master of Technology Management comprises 12 online subjects (72 credit points in total). The course focuses on leadership, strategy, transformation and innovation skills tied specifically to working in technology-driven organisations, functions and initiatives. 

Students have the option to tailor their studies in one of the following: 

  • No specified major (general pathway) 
  • Artificial Intelligence major 
  • Cybersecurity major

Step One: Choose your major

No specified major (general pathway)

Complete all of the following subjects:

  • Enabling Enterprise Information Systems (6CP)
  • Database (6CP)
  • Artificial Intelligence for Enterprises (6CP)
  • Data Processing Using R + Data Processing Using Python (6CP)

This sub-major can also be taken as a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management.

Artificial Intelligence major

Complete all of the following subjects:

  • Artificial Intelligence for Enterprises (6CP)
  • Machine Learning (6CP)
  • Data Visualisation and Visual Analytics (6CP)
  • Data Ethics and Regulation (6CP)

This sub-major can also be taken as a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Management.

Cybersecurity major

Complete all of the following subjects:

  • Data Visualisation and Visual Analytics (6CP)
  • Cybersecurity Analytics and Insights (6CP)
  • Cybersecurity Management (6CP)
  • Data Ethics and Regulation (6CP)

This sub-major can also be taken as a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Management.

Step Two: Choose your elective subjects from both streams
