Step 1
Gather your documents
Before you start the application process, prepare your essential documents: transcripts, employment references from previous studies or professional roles, and an up-to-date resume.
When applying, you may be asked to provide additional supporting documentation to assist with your application. Ensuring you have all documentation ready before you apply can help avoid delays in assessment. Please use the following examples as a guide only.
Additionally, each UTS course has English language proficiency requirements that you must satisfy in order to be considered. See here for more information.
Need help securing your transcript? Refer to the information provided here.
- Official academic transcript or record of study (note: transcripts printed from institution websites will not be accepted) or evidence of completion of study if this is not stated on the academic record.
- Current CV.
- Evidence of name change (if applicable).
- Translations of any documents not in English (if applicable).
- Photo identification such as a driver’s licence or passport.
- My eQuals is a globally recognised, secure online platform that gives you lifetime access to digital academic statements. This allows you to securely view and share your digital academic transcripts online.
- Head to My eQuals’ education provider list to see if your university is listed. If listed, click on the link to their website and follow the steps provided to retrieve your digital academic transcript.
Step 2
Complete your application
Select a course from the menu below then click the 'Apply' button to begin the application process.
Provided you have all the required documents, you can complete your application in just 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, you'll receive an email confirming the submission of your application.
You will then be able to:
- Track the status of your application via the UTS Online Student Portal
- Receive correspondence from UTS Online via email for further documentation to process your application
- Receive an application outcome via email.
All admissions correspondence from the University will be sent to the email address used to create your UTS Online application profile.
If you find you don't have all the information you need, you can pause and save the application and come back to it later.
