  • Research Project A – 12 CP*
  • Research Project B – 12 CP*

*Subjects are double the weighting and duration of the standard 6 CP subjects.

Course information

Entry requirements

Applicants must have completed one of the following UTS-recognised qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree ​ 
  • Graduate Diploma​ 

All applicants must have completed the following in the last 10 years: ​ 

  • An Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited Level 1 program in psychology (or equivalent) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 5.0 out of 7.​ 

Psychology qualifications from overseas must be assessed by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) as equivalent to an APAC accredited Level 1 program in Psychology. This assessment must be included in the application.

Master of Advanced Nursing
All subjects from the Graduate Certificate + 8 subjects from the Master of Advanced Nursing

UTS Online’s Master of Advanced Nursing is designed for nurses who want to drive better outcomes for person-centred care in advanced clinical settings. This course is delivered part-time, 100% online and influenced by strong healthcare industry partners, making it one of the most contemporary and comprehensive courses of its kind.  
 

English language requirements

English language requirements apply to both international and domestic students. Please refer to the UTS English language requirements for further information on how to satisfy the requirements for the course/s.

The English proficiency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: minimum 7.0 overall with a minimum of 7.0 in each subtest; or TOEFL: internet-based: minimum 94 overall with a minimum score of 24 for reading and listening, 23 for speaking and 27 for writing; or PTE: minimum 65 overall with a minimum score of 65 in each subtest.
